Individuals must be careful about making assumptions because they may or may not be true. For example,. some people automatically assume that RV living is less expensive than owning a home or renting an apartment, but depending on the choices people make, this lifestyle can cost significantly more. Many believe they will be able to adapt to living in small spaces, but doing this can more difficult than people realize.
Others think that RV life will not be labor intensive, but the truth is that recreational vehicles need constant care. These all are examples of why it’s important to understand the cons as well as the pros of full timing before deciding if this lifestyle will work for you. Below are some points to ponder.
If your main goal is to save money, you should take the time to learn the best methods for buying, maintaining and traveling in a coach. One of the best ways of doing this is to read books such as my favorite, and using it as a reference. I've owned a copy for several years and have found it to be extremely helpful. I really do think it is one of the most concise RV owners' guides on the market. It has helped my husband and I learn about the hidden costs of owning and traveling in a recreational vehicle and how to deal with them.
In addition to this, you should check out some of the videos on YouTube that deal with various aspects of full timing. This will allow you to gain valuable information from real people who, for better or for worse, are 'living the life'. People who stay in campgrounds do not pay property taxes or homeowners insurance and only pay for electricity (water and sewer are generally included in site fees).
They also do not have to purchase furniture, appliances or television sets. However, they must pay for their campsite, vehicle licenses and any financing payments. Here is a breakdown that gives a good idea as to the costs you might incur:.
Purchase prices for new travel trailer units can be as low as $8,000. A good used motor home can be bought for $20,000 or less. A new high end luxury motor home can run as high as three million dollars.
A High end luxury Fifth Wheel travel trailer can cost upwards of $70,000. A new tow or pull vehicle will cost the same as any other car. You can purchase used ones for less than $20,000. Annual RV insurance will average $500 or more depending on the price you paid for your unit. Utilities for a medium sized coach will generally be less than $100 a month. In large luxury units, it can go into the hundreds of dollars. Living year round in a decent campground can cost as little as $225 or upwards of $700 per month depending on location and amenities.
There are many variables so it's important to understand that your decisions often determine how much you will pay. The bottom line is that some people do save money living in campers, travel trailers and motor homes, but others do not. Just about anybody can afford to full time, so the issue of whether living this way is workable depends on more than costs. Some people simply cannot tolerate living without a standard home address, and others don’t do well when separated from their peer groups for periods of time. Conversely, many really enjoy the many amenities offered by campgrounds and love having expanded opportunities for meeting and socializing with new people. Each person has different desires and needs, so these should be taken into consideration when making plans for year round RV living. While RV salesmen would have you believe that RV living and travel are Valhalla, the truth is that many things can and do go wrong.
Here are some true life examples of problems people have had to deal with: Accidents can and do happen. I was parked in a campground when another owner hit the rear corner of my coach and drove off. He left a huge hole in the side of my fifth wheel that cost hundreds of dollars to repair. Gives further insights to these types of problems. One owner who purchased a new and very expensive coach that had frameless windows reported that half of them fell right out of their slots. It cost him thousands of dollars to replace them with standard, framed windows. Another owner purchased a used unit.
Right after his first trip the fiberglass exterior fell off of the side of his unit. He couldn't find any dealer or manufacturer who would replace it, and the cost of doing so was huge. Another buyer discovered that the air bags on his new unit were the wrong size. As a result, his coach rolled over. It cost him $5,000 to get the correct ones installed because the manufacturer had gone out of business. I've known a few people who bought coaches whose floors fell in because the joists were not strong enough to hold them. As you can see, there are many things that can and do go wrong for people who own RVs, which is why individuals need to take great care when making their purchases to make sure their units are well constructed, have good warranties and are well insured.
You must be in good health to live or travel in an RV. RVs deteriorate and lose value over time. Most RV living areas are usually less than 400 square feet. Campground fees can be quite high. Finding long term campsites can be difficult. It can be difficult to control internal RV temperatures in extreme weather.
Owners must limit the number of possessions they keep on board. There is only minimal space between units in an RV Park. WIFI access can be limited. There generally is only one bathroom and one bedroom.
Privacy is almost non-existent. Showers must be brief due to limitations in hot water supplies. Owners must empty and sanitize sewer water tanks regularly. RVs require constant repairs, many of which are expensive. Owners are only one accident away from being homeless. Slide rooms are problematic and often need costly repairs. You are safer in a travel unit than in a house because you are surrounded by others who live close.
Furthermore, campgrounds usually have good security. In the event of a crisis, such as a hurricane you can simply hook up and drive away from the danger. Many campgrounds offer spacious lots and have nice amenities. Today's coaches have slide rooms which make them more homelike and comfortable, but can also cause problems that require costly repairs.
Most recreational vehicles are more beautiful than the average home. Motor homes and campers often come with luxury amenities such as washer/dryer combinations, big screen TVs, satellite dishes, side by side refrigerators and even king sized beds. Most residential parks offer organized activities. If a neighbor is bothersome, you can simply hook up and move to another site. If you have a problem with your campground, you can simply hook up and leave. Other than washing and waxing your unit and taking care of general maintenance and cleaning, there is very little physical labor. If you want to work, you can easily move to take advantage of job opportunities.
Units can be used for living as well as travel. Those who travel in their coaches do not have to worry about leaving unoccupied property behind because everything goes with them!. You have total flexibility because your lifestyle allows you to live where you like and go wherever you please. Although living quarters are small, they are also much easier and less costly to care for. You have more free time to enjoy daily living, events and socializing. In the event you need hospitalization, many medical facilities now offer on site hookups for patients whose family’s own RVs. This is not only convenient, but it can also save a fortune in hotel and restaurant bills.
The bottom line here is that while full timing may not be for everybody, it may work for you. What will make this happen will be the fact that you have been realistic about making your plans and understand the pros and cons of this lifestyle. It is not perfect, by any means, but if you want a more flexible way to live and are willing to make some sacrifices to have it, you should give full timing a try. Millions of people are living the life and loving it because it removes many of the problems people with homes must deal with and opens up all sorts of opportunities for travel and adventure. You can, but this is not a good idea because if you seal your coach like this living in it would be miserable AND if there are any leaks a cover would increase the chances of mold and mildew forming which both are dangerous to your health. Also, you would not be able to run your engine or generator and getting in and out would be very difficult. Have no idea why anybody would want to do this. Covers exist to protect coaches from weather, but even when used for that purpose, can increase mildew and mold issues. So while you 'can', you should not! I will keep you posted.
I am looking hard at the new Camp Lites (all aluminum) and want to go in that direction or fiberglass (Escapes, Scamps and a few others.) Legally its not hard to get the Oregon DL (which is all you need to avoid what could be Thousands in Tax) I already checked and I have a part time physical address there anyway (I'm on the border and have clients in both states) After that I was planning on changing it again to Sioux Falls SD via their mail forwarding service which gives you a physical address too. Climbr: You are wise to be careful about the weights. There is a very good article on my profile page about matching camper to truck weights, and in it is an excellent video that you really need to look at. If you're going slide in truck camper, weights are extremely important.
Also, be careful about avoiding that sales tax because states have really tightened up on that because they want the tax money. If you buy out of state and want to avoid your state's sales tax, you must register your vehicle in the no tax state AND to do that you must have a real address there. It gets very complicated. You are much better off to just pay the taxes and be done with it.
I would advise you to seek out a lite coach.one made with aluminum rather than wood or steel basic structure if you are uncomfortable with weights. Remember, too, that weight includes dry weight, wet weight AND all of the add-ons plus the weight and belongings of travelers. Take your time.

I went and did some of my first shopping yesterday and yes the small ones 15-18' could get claustrophobic.the Surveyor 200 slide out (23 ft including tongue) with a slideout seemed a world of difference with just that few feet of extra space (i know I could do it in that one).but I have to be cautious about weight.my max is 6200-6500 and that surveyor is 4400 empty.soooooooooo Im going to have my morning coffee now and read some more of your articles.so much to do.I'm going to get an ORE DL soon to save the cost of the tax if I buy no state tax new. My sister tells me to go used too. I have given my self plenty of time to do this.i will keep you posted.ugh I feel like i dont know what Im looking at on the used ones. Don't ignore the used RV market.you can get that type of space for the same money you're discussing and have an RV that is every bit as good as a new one if it's been well maintained. Let me know what you decide.

I have 2 young toddlers. We live in a 1bd apt with a den and with rent being at $1500/mo and sadly going upwards to $2300/mo out in Seattle, I want to save money by cutting costs, travel with my kids and pay off debt. Is it possible to live in an RV with young kids? We already co-sleep (we intended to use the den as the kids' sleeping quarters, but they end up in the bed with me) and I work from home so I just need the internet in order to work, which I have a pay as you go hotspot that I can use or go to a library for free WiFi. I am just curious if this idea is actually doable? I know UPS has a way for you to set up an address (PMB) opposed to a PO Box, which I can use, but any advice would be greatly appreciated.
I am considering either a studio or RV. It just seems like an RV would end up costing the same as (or even less than) a studio after renting for 1 year. I just don't want anyone to think I'm being neglectful to my kids for making this decision.

Nobody is going to donate an RV to you, that's for sure, but if you read some of my articles about buying RVs you will learn what to look for and also that you can buy a good RV for less than you'd spend on a car. The one I own right now is beautiful and only cost us $19,500 including all taxes and closing costs. We've had it for 4 years, and have really enjoyed it. When people do a good job of maintaining their coaches, they hold up well.

Some RVs are constructed for all weather use, and perhaps those folks have found some of them. I think knocking on some doors might be a good idea, but you may be surprised at the answers you get when you do! Those folks may be doing this simply because they cannot afford standard housing, and it is likely they are not terribly comfortable. We are in the process of preparing to go full time in a couple of years. We are currently going through 40 years of ' STUFF '.selling, donating and dividing up what kids want.it's daunting! Then need to sell house which for me is a little scary but as I get older I am realizing more that nothing risked is nothing gained.
My hubby and I LOVED our camping get aways through the years and as soon as we would return home we were talking about the next trip. We decided that full timing for us was a risk worth taking. I think the only regret we would have is not doing it, but everything in life we do there is usually a risk involved in some way, we just don't pay attention to it because we are still within our comfort zone. I am new to this hub-AWESOME by the way! My Husband and I recently started our own business and are selling our home to purchase an RV. We plan on wrapping it with our web site/company name and traveling state & country-wide doing trade shows and promoting our business. This has been my Husband's dream for many years, and I am finally on board with giving it a try. We have twins who turned 5 on 9/11, and because they missed the 9/1 deadline to begin Kindergarten here in Houston, we have an entire year to take our family business on the road.

INVinoVEritas47: I've written a good number of articles about the RV lifestyle, and in all of them I pretty much stress that RVs need to be maintained and need to be driven and checked regularly to keep them in good shape. Your comment about 'being in no hurry to fix the problems' sums it all up for me. If you don't stay on top of RV repair issues, they will worsen and affect other issues. Another thing you mentioned was 'cheap parts'.
If your RV was a lower end model, everything in it was probably cheaply made. That's why in the world of RVing, cheap is never cheap! People only think it is. It almost sounds to me like your RV sat in storage and deteriorated during those 10 years rather than being used regularly. Just like food, RV parts have a 'shelf life'.
I can honestly say that although my RVing experiences were never maintenance free, they were never as bad as what you are describing. I attribute this to our decisions to research before buying and to immediately address problems. I do agree that living in a warm climate is the way to go when you full time it, but we live in Florida which, although warm, has plenty of humidity in the air. We solve that by leaving plates of charcoal around when the RV is not being used. This eliminates all mildew and similar problems. Sorry you had such a bad time of it, but I'm glad you shared them here as this is a good lesson for people who might want to just 'jump in' without doing their research first. I might try doing this, but here's my prior experience. I've never lived in an RV full time but after owning one for a decade my experience was a maintenance nightmare. Broken plumbing, floor rot,electrical problems, tires, wheel bearings, batteries, cheap parts breaking, fridge working intermittently, etc. Thankfully I had the tools in MY GARAGE and no real hurry to fix the problems.
It wouldn't be fun dealing with all of that in a cold climate and actually living in it at the same time. Also, with me, the wife and a lab retriever there were condensation issues in cold climates. There were higher maintenance costs on the truck as well. So buy a high quality RV designed for long term living, and stay in the warm dry climates.
The cheapest and most hassle free way to live is probably a small apartment and drive an economical car, instead of a huge truck required to tow a decent sized RV. I live in a 26 ft. 5th wheel RV and love having my very first home. It doesn't have capability to drive it, it has to be towed by a special truck and then parked for short/long term preferred. I lived in Newport Dunes RV Resort in Newport Beach, CA for a while but found I like a more quiet private spot! I currently am renting and parked on someone's awesome property in the Valley now.

I'm with you. Never had any problems (no birth control ever used, no children, no pregnancies) and suddenly at 45 'processes' stopped for a month (totally freaking me out!) and then went on straight for a month.
Took ten days off again, and now I've been having a period for 2 months straight, with varying heaviness. I read everything online, and like you, concluded 'stress' and 'age'.
I thought perimenopause/menopause meant PAUSE!:-( I tried the apple cider vinegar/honey treatment (once, twice, and three times a day- ICK!) and nothing. Tried yoga for stress reduction, but I guess I'm a stressy person;-) So all I can say girl is.good luck.and eventually it's got to stop, right?! Don't worry- nothing is wrong. And it's a lot less problem than we think. Just take a multivitamin with a good iron supp in it, and eat some red meat, and try to relax. Seems like little enough comfort, but there it is! I am having the EXACT SAME PROBLEM, and we are the same age, too!
Plus, I have been on HRT for a couple of years now. At first it was great, it made me nice and regular, but the past three months or so have been iffy. Skipped December, on time in January, then another two weeks later that just went right into February and into the time when it should have started. What's worse is, now I have no health insurance and no money, I've been paying for my HRT out of my pocket and it's expensive. Last summer I went though 7 weeks of this. Started skipping periods in Jan. Skipped Jan., Feb., March of 09.
Then got April & May normal ones. In June of 09 I bleed lightly for 6 weeks, then last week of that one now JULY( 7th week ) I poured blood for 5 straight days. No health insurance I went to a friends doctor and had blood work and pelvic Ultra Sound. Blood work showed low Iron ( that made sense bleeding for 7 weeks ) and indeed was starting perimenopause. Pelvic Ultra Sound showed no thickening of lining where a D&C would be required, but did show a cyst on my left ovary. Was told to take Iron.
Anyway it bleeding finally stopped after 7 weeks. Got a normal period in Aug.
No period since Sept. Then Feb.2, 2010 I started one and at present it hasn't STOPPED! At the very end of March it ceased for 5 days but when I had straining bowel movements blood was present in discharge. Then BAM bleeding started all over again. 3 out of the 6th weeks bled a lot more than in summer. Not so much changing a lot of pads but when i went to bathroom, a lot of blood came out of me. For last week My God, Blood Clots the size of base balls have been coming out of me.
And the blood just pouring out. I have became TERRIFIED. None of my friends my age bled this long. Could this anyway be normal?
Today started the 10th week, and I am going to have to go back to this doctor. Still have no insurance otherwise I would of been there weeks ago.
Am not eligible for State help ( Stupid me I worked all my life ). So I will again have to pay for blood work and any tests out of pocket again. I'm just wondering if since the last Pelvic Ultra Sound last July something could of changed that dramatically. Like the thickening of lining. My God I don't know how I would pay for a D&C. The blood work and P.US. Were costly enough.
But I can't just sit here and continue to bleed non stop with being seen. I'm scared I have something worse that would require major surgery. I'm terrified of being put to sleep, and most heavy duty meds make me dizzy and sick. I feel like I'm losing my mind. I'll be 53 in less than 3 weeks.
At this point I'm just hoping to still be alive. I have a horrid sinus condition that I've had for 12 years. I cough constantly and at times so hard I wet my pants.

Tags:, and If early-stage breast cancer is going to be treated with both chemotherapy and external beam radiation therapy, chemotherapy usually is given first. Radiation generally starts after chemotherapy is done. A research analysis presented at the September 2011 European Multidisciplinary Cancer Conference (ECCO-ESMO) annual meeting found that giving radiation therapy at the same time as chemotherapy - in between cycles or even during cycles - offers the same benefits as the traditional approach (chemotherapy followed by radiation) in less time. The analysis also found that local breast cancer recurrence - the cancer coming back in the breast tissue - was 35% less likely when radiation therapy was given at the same time as chemotherapy, compared to when radiation therapy was given after chemotherapy. Chemotherapy usually is given in cycles - a specific period of treatment followed by a period of recovery. For instance, you may get chemotherapy on the first day of the cycle and then have a few weeks of recovery with no treatment.
The treatment day and the recovery weeks make up one cycle. Or you may get chemotherapy for several days in a row, or every other day, and then have a recovery period. A complete chemotherapy regimen is made up of several cycles.
The number of cycles in a regimen and the total time of each regimen varies depending on the medicines used, but most regimens take 3 to 6 months to complete. In the standard treatment sequence, radiation therapy doesn't start until the chemotherapy regimen is done. The traditional external beam radiation therapy treatment schedule usually requires daily trips to the hospital or cancer center - usually 5 days a week for 4 to 6 weeks.
For many women, the time required to complete the standard sequence of chemotherapy followed by radiation therapy can be very inconvenient and can dramatically reduce quality of life when a woman is trying to heal and get on with her life. In this study - called SECRAB (Sequencing of Chemotherapy and Radiotherapy in Adjuvant Breast Cancer) - 2,296 women diagnosed with early-stage breast cancer were getting care at 49 U.S.
Cancer centers. More than half the women had lumpectomy and the others had mastectomy.
All the women were scheduled to get chemotherapy and radiation therapy after surgery. Treatments given after surgery to reduce the risk of the cancer coming back (recurrence) are called adjuvant treatments. Half the women got the standard sequence: chemotherapy first, followed by external beam radiation therapy (sequential therapy). The other half of the women got radiation therapy at the same time as chemotherapy (synchronous therapy). Because the women were treated with a variety of chemotherapy regimens and radiation dosing schedules, the exact schedules for synchronous therapy were different for each woman.
Some women got radiation therapy in between chemotherapy cycles (sandwich therapy). Other women got radiation therapy during a chemotherapy cycle (concurrent therapy). All the women who got synchronous therapy finished chemotherapy and radiation therapy 4 to 6 weeks sooner than the women who got sequential therapy. Synchronous therapy's shorter treatment time could be an attractive option for some women. Still, the researchers wanted to be sure that synchronous therapy offered the same benefits as traditional sequential therapy.
Half the women were followed for 9 years or more after they completed adjuvant chemotherapy and radiation therapy; the other half of the women were followed for less time. On average, the women who got synchronous therapy did at least as well as the women who got traditional sequential therapy. After about 9 years, 5.4% of the women who got synchronous therapy had a cancer recurrence in and around the breast area (called locoregional recurrence) compared to 7.4% of the women who got traditional sequential therapy.
The researchers also found that local recurrence - the cancer coming back specifically in the breast tissue that was treated with radiation therapy - was 35% less likely in the women who got synchronous therapy compared to those who got sequential therapy. Local recurrence occurred in 2.8% of women in the synchronous therapy group, compared to 5.1% in the sequential therapy group. At 5 years of follow-up:. 83% of the women who got synchronous therapy were alive and had no recurrence (disease-free survival) compared to 82% of the women who got sequential therapy.
79% of the women who got synchronous therapy were alive (overall survival) compared to 78% of the women who got sequential therapy Many women who get radiation therapy to treat breast cancer have a skin reaction in the area targeted by the radiation. Often the reaction is much like sunburn, with mild to moderate pink color or redness, enlargement of small blood vessels in the skin (telangiectasia), itching, burning, soreness, and possible peeling. In this study, women who got synchronous therapy had slightly more skin reactions to radiation therapy, including telangiectasia. The synchronous schedule for adjuvant chemotherapy and radiation therapy could be a time-saving scheduling option for women being treated for early-stage breast cancer, while still offering the same benefits as traditional sequential therapy. The research analysis reviewed here suggests that local recurrence risk might actually be lower with synchronous therapy. Another promising time-saving radiation therapy option is intraoperative radiation therapy (IORT). In IORT, radiation is given during breast cancer surgery as a high, single dose directly to the area where the cancer used to be.
While synchronous therapy and IORT are considered experimental, other alternatives to traditional external beam radiation therapy that deliver more focused radiation therapy over a shorter period of time are already approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to treat breast cancer. This fact sheet provides Medicaid and CHIP eligibility levels for children, pregnant women, parents, and other non-disabled adults as of January 2018, based on annual state survey data. The data highlight the central role Medicaid and CHIP play in covering low-income children and pregnant women and show Medicaid’s expanded role for low-income adults under the Affordable Care Act (ACA). See for state-specific data. As of January 2018, 49 states cover children with incomes up to at least 200% of the federal poverty level (FPL, $41,560 per year for a family of three in 2018) through Medicaid and CHIP (Figure 1, and ). This count includes 19 states that cover children with incomes at or above 300% FPL. Only two states (ID and ND) limit children’s eligibility to below 200% FPL.
Across states, the upper Medicaid/CHIP eligibility limit for children ranges from 175% FPL in North Dakota to 405% FPL. Figure 1: Income Eligibility Levels for Children in Medicaid/CHIP, January 2018 Most states extend coverage to pregnant women beyond the federal minimum of 138% FPL through Medicaid and CHIP. As of January 2018, 34 states cover pregnant women with incomes at or above 200% FPL ($41,560 per year for a family of three in 2018), including 12 states (including DC) that cover pregnant women with family incomes above 250% FPL.

The District of Columbia extends eligibility beyond the expansion limit to parents with incomes up to 221% FPL and other adults with incomes up to 215%, and Alaska covers parents with incomes up to 139% FPL. Figure 4: Medicaid Income Eligibility Levels for Other Adults, January 2018 In the 19 states that have not expanded Medicaid, the median eligibility limit for parents is 43% FPL ($8,935 per year for a family of three in 2018) and other adults remain ineligible, except in Wisconsin (Figure 5). In 11 of these states, parent eligibility is at less than half of the poverty level, and only two of these states (ME and WI) cover parents at or above poverty. Wisconsin is the only non-expansion state that provides full Medicaid coverage to other adults, although eligibility at 100% FPL remains below the expansion level and the state does not receive the enhanced match available for expansion adults for this coverage. In the non-expansion states, 2.4 million adults with incomes above the Medicaid eligibility limit but below poverty fall into a coverage gap; they are ineligible for Medicaid and do not qualify for subsidies for Marketplace coverage, which become available at 100% FPL.

Eligibility for adults has grown in states that implemented the Medicaid expansion, but remains limited in states that have not expanded. There could be continued gains in eligibility for adults if additional states expand Medicaid, which would reduce the number of poor uninsured adults that fall into the coverage gap. However, states moving forward with expansion may seek to add requirements or restrictions for adults as a condition of expanding. Table presents rules in effect as of January 1, 2018.

Maine has passed a ballot initiative to expand Medicaid but it had not yet been implemented as of January 2018. Massachusetts provides subsidies for Marketplace coverage for parents and childless adults with incomes up to 300% through its Connector Care program. The state’s Section 1115 waiver also authorizes MassHealth coverage for HIV-positive individuals with incomes up to 200% FPL, uninsured individuals with breast or cervical cancer with incomes up to 250% FPL, and individuals who work for a small employer and purchase employer-sponsored insurance (ESI) with incomes up to 300% FPL, as well as coverage through MassHealth CommonHealth for adults with disabilities with no income limit, provided that they have either met a one-time deductible or are working disabled adults. Minnesota and New York have implemented Basic Health Programs (BHPs) established by the Affordable Care Act (ACA) for adults with incomes between 138%-200% FPL.
In Oklahoma, individuals without a qualifying employer with incomes up to 100% FPL are eligible for more limited subsidized insurance though the Insure Oklahoma Section 1115 waiver program. Individuals working for certain qualified employers with incomes at or below 222% FPL are eligible for premium assistance for employer-sponsored insurance. In Texas, the income limit for parents and other caretaker relatives is based on monthly dollar amounts which differ depending on family size and whether there is one or two-parents in the family. The eligibility level shown is for a single parent household and a family size of three. In 2017, Utah increased eligibility for parents from 45% to 60% FPL, including the 5 percentage point disregard, and changed parent eligibility from a dollar to FPL based threshold. In 2017, Utah also received waiver approval and is covering childless adults with incomes up to 5% FPL who are chronically homeless or in need of behavioral health treatment as of January 2018. Adults with incomes up to 100% FPL continue to be eligible for coverage of primary care services under the Primary Care Network Section 1115 waiver program in Utah.
Enrollment is opened periodically when there is capacity to accept new enrollees. Vermont also provides a 1.5% reduction in the federal applicable percentage of the share of premium costs for individuals who qualify for advance premium tax credits to purchase Marketplace coverage with income up to 300% FPL. In Virginia, eligibility levels for 1931 parents vary by region. The value shown is the eligibility level for Region 2, the most populous region.
